A certified organic farm. Utilizing
biodynamic farming methods, Marsha Mason restored the
earth’s fertile depths and created her own working,
certified organic farm. The property is complete with
outbuildings, two greenhouses, equipment, important water
rights, and rain harvest and irrigation systems. A 3,252
(TBV) square-foot equipment barn is heated with an office,
kitchen and shower and is OSHA certified for workers. The
organic grazing land is good for horses, sheep, or cattle.
A wellness, luxury, or corporate retreat.
The land, water, and dwellings interconnect, producing a
healing, restful environment. The property could serve as a
spa, a bed and breakfast, a gourmet restaurant (the kitchen
is professional), or a rehabilitation center. The art
studios open to a large room that could serve as a
conference center. |

A vineyard/winery.
There are vineyards already established in and around this
fertile property, and wineries are throughout the state.
A private estate. It took four years to complete this
Argentinean estancia. The main house, a guest house, and art
studios are filled with hand-crafted details and surrounded
by gardens. All overlook the fields, ponds, and bosque by the river.
The three-dwelling compound includes: 10 bedrooms, 11 baths and 4 half-baths, and more than 15,000 square feet of living space.
Be the entrepreneur of your own imagination.
